Texts

(1) Thom 34

Jesus said, "If a blind person leads a blind person, both of them will fall into a hole." [Complete Gospels]

No copies of this portion of Thomas survive in Greek. For the Coptic version see [Early Christian Writings]

(2) Luke 6:39 = Matt 15:14b

He also told them a parable: "Can a blind person guide a blind person? Will not both fall into a pit?"

= Matt 15:14b

Let them alone; they are blind guides of the blind. And if one blind person guides another, both will fall into a pit.

(Matthew 15:14 GNT-T)
